This study's objectives was to collect information about the current situation of children and adolescents in 21 Latin American countries. The analysis is divided in areas regarding the main problems for children in the region, such as: children and violence, working children, public investment in children, migration, sexual exploitation, children in armed conflicts, native children, children with disabilities, the effects of AIDS and the use of drugs, and child participation in all society.
